The resources below might ease your worries, inspire you, or help you to get practical support – when you look after your wellbeing, you’re more likely to be in a great position to focus on the rest of life, including your relationships with others, work and your studies.

Being mentally or emotionally healthy means more than being free of depression, anxiety, or other psychiatric illnesses. “Mentally healthy” people often:
