The Fall Semester is winding down and the holiday season is fast approaching! If you've been keeping up with our Library Overview you'll know we've had a busy year so far!
Some Library Highlights from Fall 2023
- Helped over 6,200 community members.
- Nearly 38,000 visitors to the online library.
- 132 hours spent consulting with the TSTC community.
- 590 chats, including guided service chats afterhours and on weekends.
- Held over 32 workshops to help you build your academic skills outside of the classroom.
- Almost 7,000 digital materials circulated.
- 1100 answers found using the Library's FAQ.
- Over 500 tutorials accessed through Niche Academy.
- 104 new eBooks and eAudiobooks, with a focus in General Academics and the Hospitality Industry.
But it isn't just about the numbers! So far this semester we've also:
- We created and expanded guides and tutorials to help you succeed!
- Opened a whole new way to research using the ONEsearch stand alone platform.
- Added digital comics to our online catalog.
- Provided access to eBooks, eAudiobooks, and digital newspapers & magazines through Boundless. (Don't forget you can download the Boundless app for Android or iOS for content on the go!)
TSTC Library Holiday Schedule
TSTC Online Library will be closed:
- Thursday, November 23 & Friday, November 24
- Monday, December 18 - Tuesday, January 2
