We share your disappointment in this arrangement and ask that students and faculty maintain patience as Waco library staff fully transition to online roles. You may register a formal complaint by contacting the TSTC Grievances and Complaints representative for your campus or in writing by printing, completing, and submitting the Effective Customer Relations Form.
